Reciprocal club
1. Members of Tianjin Goldin Metropolitan Polo Club who wish to visit a reciprocal club need to request a Letter of Introduction in advance, at least 24 hours' notice during business hours, so the reciprocal club may expect their presence at their club.
2. A Letter of Introduction verifies that the individual is a current club member in good standing. It also notifies the reciprocal club when our member is arriving at their clubhouse.
3. The letter of introduction to that club must be obtained from the General Manager - Club of Tianjin Goldin Metropolitan Polo Club. The letter of introduction is conditional on the member's club account status and their conduct while at another facility. Members have to abide by the reciprocal agreement and club rules (including dress code) while at the reciprocal clubs. As representatives of Tianjin Goldin Metropolitan Polo Club, members are expected to conduct themselves with utmost grace and refinement.
4. Dress codes and service restrictions vary from club to club. The best policy is to contact the club ahead for specific information.
5. Re. billing procedures, visiting members are expected to pay for all services at the time of their visit by cash or credit cards.
6. A member may not send a non-member to utilize these reciprocal clubs; only members and their accompanied guests (where permitted) may utilize the reciprocal clubs. A member should be prepared to present a valid club membership card and/or other forms of identification. Tianjin Goldin Metropolitan Polo Club members enjoy the membership privileges of access of these reciprocal clubs and must abide by the rules and regulations of these clubs.
